In-Person Therapy Sessions

Meet with me face-to-face in my cozy office or while walking outdoors. My therapy room is intentionally designed to create a calming and safe environment.

Virtual Therapy Sessions

Log on to your sessions with me from the comfort of your own home. Virtual sessions can be more convenient, accessible and allow you to feel more comfortable when opening up.

Individual Therapy Sessions

Meet with me for 50 or 60 minutes.

Intensive Therapy Sessions

Meet with me in-person for a two-or-three-hour long intensive session to take a big step forward. This therapy option includes Accelerated Resolution Therapy interventions.
